Bug reports and feature ideas
vibecms is open source. The fastest route for bugs, regressions, and feature ideas is a GitHub issue, which gets a tracked, public answer: github.com/moinulmoin/vibecms.
Account, billing, and private matters
Anything involving your workspace, invoices, tokens, or content privacy goes to support@vibecms.dev from the email you sign in with. Tell us the symptom and what you expected instead; posting your token is never necessary and please do not include it.
Response time and status
During public early access, support is best-effort: we aim to answer within two business days, usually much faster. There is no live chat or public status page yet. When a broad incident occurs, we will post an update on the site and GitHub.

- What you did, what happened, and what you expected.
- For agent or MCP issues: the client and version, and the action that failed.
